Meet Our Executive Team
Bill Morgan joined Jackson Nurse Professionals as President in April 2018. With more than 20 years of staffing experience, Morgan directs and shapes the recruitment and business development strategies of Jackson Nurse Professionals, a nurse staffing company that partners with over 400 healthcare facilities nationwide to prevent staffing shortages.
Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professional, Morgan served as a healthcare staffing leader with several national companies. He previously served as President of HCS Healthcare and Vice President of Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare. He has also served as Executive Director Global Solutions Sales at CDI Corporation, Director of Global Sales at Employment Technologies Corp., Vice President of Solutions at Tandem Staffing and Vice President of National Accounts at Spherion Corporation.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Nancy Rudella oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Jackson Therapy Partners and Jackson Nurse Professionals including; organizational, talent and leadership development, recruiting, benefits, associate engagement, employee relations and risk management.
Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals and Jackson Therapy Partners, Nancy served as the Director of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Ownership where she provided human resources support to approximately 1,500 associates including the executive leadership team.
Nancy spent 15 years with Wyndham Worldwide and Wyndham Vacation Ownership holding various leadership positions within Human Resources. Nancy completed coursework in Human Resources at Thomas Edison State College and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Organizational Development Network.
Nancy resides in Orlando, Florida.
Senior Vice President of Client Services
Joey Fridinger is the Senior Vice President of Client Services for Jackson Nurse Professionals. He is responsible for the management of our specialty-focused account management teams, and ongoing training and development. Joey has nearly 15 years of combined healthcare staffing experience holding several positions inside Jackson and as an Account Manager for Maxim Healthcare. Joey’s experience includes managing recruitment teams, local hospital sales, and managing the business operations for offices in Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC.
Joey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Florida State University.
Senior Vice President of Recruitment
Alex Mills is the Senior Vice President of Recruitment for Jackson Nurse Professionals. Prior to joining Jackson, Mills served as the Divisional Director of Allied Services for World Health, an Allied Healthcare Staffing company supplying various types of healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing homes across the country. Before that Mills served as the Recruitment Manager for an Orlando based allied health staffing company specializing in diagnostic imaging.
Mills leadership as Vice President of Recruitment is helping to shape Jackson Nurse Professionals into an industry leader in travel nurse staffing. Mills is helping to shape a talented group of National Recruiters who share his drive and vision. He enjoys working with his team, adding support and ensuring his team understands the importance of relationship building, honesty and feedback.
Mills is a Graduate of the University of Central Florida and currently resides in Orlando with his wife and three children.
Group President and CEO
A recognized healthcare business and technology leader for more than 25 years, Scott L’Heureux joined Jackson Healthcare over 20 years ago. He currently oversees and shapes the strategic business development and operations of a group of companies in the Jackson portfolio: Jackson Therapy Partners, Jackson Nurse Professionals, Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Kirby Bates Associates and Healthcare Staffing Technologies.
L’Heureux previously was the CEO of Surgical Information Systems, recognized as a best in KLAS provider of surgical software to leading hospitals throughout the US. With a dedication to creating products and services that directly impact the quality of patient care, his ability to recognize and nurture talent across an organization has led to a variety of management roles that include EnableSoft Software, McKesson, IBAX Healthcare (a subsidiary of IBM and Baxter), and Pharmacia Upjohn (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals.
Having served in a consultative capacity on numerous external boards and advisory committees, L'Heureux is a current or past member of professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, and Healthcare Financial Management Association. Holding bachelors and master’s degrees in finance and management from Georgia State University, Scott is an adjunct professor at Seminole State College of Florida and serves on the advisory board for the business school. A native Central Floridian, L'Heureux lives in Winter Springs with his wife and two children.
Pat O'lear, RN
Risk Management and Clinical Director
Pat O'Lear, RN is Risk Management and Clinical Director for Jackson Nurse Professionals. She serves as the clinical liaison for clinicians, coordinates clinical training and risk management. She also is responsible for the company’s Joint Commission programs. Pat has enjoyed more than 30 years of healthcare experience to date.
Before joining Jackson Healthcare in 1998 Pat was the Vice President of RESQ Healthcare Systems and responsible for all development, testing, and client support of the Staffing, Scheduling, Patient Acuity and Operating Room software systems. In addition to clinical experience, Pat has served as an expert and speaker in numerous webinars and at various venues with regard to nurse staffing and scheduling and operational and process improvement.
Pat is a member of ANA, AORN and AACN, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina William's Brice College of Nursing.
Meet Our Recruitment Managers
As a Recruitment Manager, Jordin is a part of the leadership team that oversees and manages the Company’s on-boarding and training process, along with managing a team of recruiters. Jordin works with the recruitment team to ensure they are acting in accordance with Jackson Nurse Professional's mission to improve patient care and the lives of everyone we touch.
Jordin joined the company as a National Recruiter in 2014 and advanced into a management role a few years later. Jordin has established herself as the go-to person if you need an answer or a fresh perspective. Her team will tell you she inspires them to work independently but that she’s always there to help when they need it.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jordin has lived in the Central Florida area for over 20 years. She currently resides in Winter Park with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs.
As a Recruitment Manager for Jackson Nurse Professionals, Steven oversees and manages the Company's recruitment team. Working in partnership with the other Recruitment Managers, Steven provides ongoing training and mentoring opportunities that include the most effective ways to match nurses to the jobs that fit them best while remembering that quality patient care starts with qualified and dependable nurses.
Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals, Steven was a recruiter for Healthcare Scouts where he was responsible for acquiring new hospital clients and for placing experienced nurses into vacant positions. Joining Jackson Nurse Professionals as a National Recruiter in 2011, Steven established himself as an "other's first" team player and was promoted in December of 2014 to Recruitment Manager.
Born outside of Chicago, Steven has been in Orlando since he was 2 and attended the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelor’s Degree. Steven lives in Orlando with his son Caleb.
